You will be able to review pricing prior to booking your reservation, and will receive a pre-inspection agreement from the inspector when your home inspection services and rates are confirmed. Please ensure it is signed before the inspector begins the on-site inspection process. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Payment is due prior to the inspector’s departure from the residence. Your home inspection report will be available online within 48 business hours of the home inspection. Mold and radon test results may take longer depending on lab turnaround. Please allow up to three hours for your inspection. Thank you for the opportunity to offer our services!
